Select the "create object" tool and select "point". Now place a point where you want the information point to be. A list of points will appear and you need to select "Navico Information Point".
Information Point Properties
Now choose the arrow cursor and double click on the point to change its properties.
Information Point Contents
Select the "Comment" tab, and write in here exactly what you want to appear in the information box.
Label and Export
Select the "Properties" tab and give object a label, something like "Pier" or "Launching", or the name of a facility etc.
